This phrase is closely associated with Raden Ajeng Kartini and comes from the title of her collected letters, Habis Gelap Terbitlah Terang (originally Door Duisternis tot Licht in Dutch)."

Kartini as a hero that struggled for women equality in many aspects. The students as a future generation should hold the spirit of Kartini.

Kartini is widely known as a national hero who fought for women's equality in education, social status, and freedom of thought. Her courage and determination opened opportunities for women to learn, grow, and contribute to society. Today, her legacy continues to inspire generations, especially students, to carry forward her spirit in modern times.

As the future generation, students play a crucial role in continuing Kartini’s struggle. This does not always mean fighting in the same way she did, but by embracing education, respecting equality, and supporting one another regardless of gender. Students can show Kartini’s spirit by being confident, thinking critically, and striving for their dreams without limitations.

In today’s world, equality has improved, but challenges still exist. Therefore, students must actively promote fairness, whether in school, community, or future workplaces. By valuing equal opportunities and standing against discrimination, they help build a more just society.

In conclusion, being the “Future Kartini” means carrying her values into everyday life. Through education, courage, and respect for equality, students can ensure that Kartini’s dream continues to grow and evolve in the modern era.
